Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods, or the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returning the Goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your wish to cancel.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

How to Cancel Your Order

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at returns@myedenday.com.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• The order date
• The date you received the goods
• Your full name and address
• The item or items you want to cancel or return

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps and the return address.

Model Cancellation Wording

If you wish to cancel in writing, you may send the following statement to returns@myedenday.com:

"I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [description of goods], ordered on [order date], received on [date received]. Name: [your full name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]."
